A-Z Reading Challenge

Photobucket

I've decided to take part in the A-Z Reading Challenge hosted by Steph of The Thoughts of a Book Junky! The idea seemed just so fun and easy to incorporate into my other challenges and the books I'm planning on reading this year already. Also, my "Review Archive" page is looking awfully bare so it would be cool if I could have at least one entry for every letter. If you would like to learn more about this challenge and the prizes involved, check out the A-Z Reading Challenge Sign-Up Page.

Here is a tentative list of books I'm planning on reading for this challenge. If you know of any books that would fit the blanks, let me know in the comments!

Angelfire by Courtney Allison Moulton
Beautiful Darkness by Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl
Choker by Elizabeth Woods
Delirium by Lauren Oliver
Enclave by Ann Aguirre
Fragile Eternity by Melissa Marr

  1. Y - You Against Me by Jenny Downham. I'll pop back if I think of any more. Great list so far.

  2. This sounds like fun! Maybe Jellicoe Road by Melina Marchetta for J? I've heard nothing but praise for it and I'll be reading it myself within the next few weeks since I just got it in. :)

  3. Thanks for the recs, guys! They sound rather good! Although I just looked up Jellicoe Road on Goodreads and apparently the title is actually On The Jellicoe Road, which would make it an "O" book, not a "J". But I think I still might want to read that one more than my current choice for "O"!

  4. Mm, J- Just Listen by Sarah Dessen/ Jane by April Lidner/ Just One Wish by Janette Rallison. Hehe.

  5. I've been meaning to read something by Sarah Dessen as I'm quite embarrassed I haven't yet!

  6. I tried to find On the Jellico road on Amazon.co.uk earlier today and it's actually called just Jellico Road here. I think Q will be a hard one to cover.

  7. Ah, I see.
I'm thinking the Q one will be a book starting with Queen. Not many other choices...

  9. Good luck! This is a good one. There's a group on Goodreads called Nothing but Reading Challenges, and they have a running list of books that start with letters of the alphabet to help with this challenge. ;)

  10. Wow, cool challenge!

For Y you could read the book The Year of Secret Assignments, but it depends on whether you are counting the word "the" or not. Hope this helped!
