For Review
The Immortal Rules by Julie Kagawa (Thanks to Harlequin Teen and NetGalley)
For Darkness Shows the Stars by Diana Peterfreund (Thanks to HarperCollins Canada)
Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas (Thanks to Bloomsbury and NetGalley)
I have already read The Immortal Rules and loved it (my review should be going up on Monday!). I have not yet read anything by Diana Peterfreund, but I always hear great things so I am looking forward to her newest novel, For Darkness Shows the Stars, which sounds like a superb sci fi dystopian! Throne of Glass is described as a high fantasy retelling of Cinderella that's like Game of Thrones for teens - so what's not to like there? It sounds superb!
Oh I want the Darkness so much!!! I've read the other two and LOVED them!!! Enjoy! :-)

How exciting, I'd love to have For Darkness Shows the Stars in my IMM, but I'm thrilled with the one we share today, which is The Immortal Rules.

I requested Throne of Glass too 'cause Daisy of Between The Pages loved it. :) though I haven't gotten answer from NG yet. And later I got one of the pre-quel novelas free for kindle, so I'm very exited to read it.
ReplyDeleteI got the Immortal rules but I'm nervous about reading it.
Cool, I'll have to see if any of the prequels are still available for free. I'm not sure if you'd like The Immortal Rules from what I know about how you feel about dystopians, to be honest... I guess you'll just have to try it to find out!
Delete:) Diana is a fantastic writer! I'm really excited to read FDCS! her secret society series is pure amazing! Have fun reading!
ReplyDeleteMy IMM!
